Easy and Healthy Muffin Recipe | How To Make Low Calorie Breakfast Muffins

So here a super easy and fun Breakfast recepe:

Breakfast Muffins:


  • 1 cup of oatmeal
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 spoon of flex flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 spoon of oil
  • a bit of baking powder
  • sweetener (optional)
  • any kind of nuts or seeds(I used flex and sesame seeds),fruits

So first of all mix together the oatmeal, milk and the flex flour and let it set for 15min. After add the egg, oil. baking powder, seeds, sweetener

Put it to silicon form and bake for 30min at 200C.

Once its done I decorated with sugar free chocolate
